Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Discipline: RN Start Date: 10/05/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) Specialist in Asheville, North Carolina. This role involves supporting the Cath Lab and Electrophysiology (EP) Lab by preparing and recovering all related patients. The position focuses on providing high-quality care in a fast-paced environment within a leading healthcare organization. Job Details Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: ACLS and PALS certifications required; relevant experience in critical care, emergency department, or invasive procedures preferred; no minimum years of experience specified. Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour hours, minimum of 36 hours per week. Responsibilities include supporting all cardiac diagnosis procedures with an emphasis on vascular patients, IV drug administration (IVDA), chest tubes, and cerebrovascular accidents (CVA). Previous experience in intensive care unit (ICU) or emergency department (ED) required; prior intervention radiology (IR) experience and moderate sedation experience preferred. Required Certifications: ACLS and PALS. Additional information: Experience with all cardiac diagnoses, emphasis on vascular patients, IVDA, chest tubes, CVA; moderate sedation experience preferred. Submission requirements: Candidates must attach unit specific policies and guidelines and be aware of hospital-specific protocols, including trauma and stroke programs.
