Job Summary:
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse (RN) position is based in an alliance setting. The role involves providing specialized care to neonatal patients in a Level III NICU environment. The RN will be responsible for delivering patient care according to hospital protocols, supporting neonatal stabilization, and collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure optimal outcomes. This position is scheduled for day shifts on a 12-hour rotation.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift with 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid RN license; neonatal intensive care experience; no minimum years of experience specified; location requirement; Education or certifications as per state regulations.
- Preferred Qualifications: Level III NICU experience, ability to float to nursery as needed, knowledge of SOPs and AHA guidelines.
