Job Summary
The healthcare provider is seeking an experienced ICU Nurse specializing in Neurological Care for a position based in Hawaii. This role involves providing advanced critical care in a diverse ICU environment, including neuro, cardiac, surgical, and medical units, within a prominent quaternary academic medical center.

Job Details

• Position: ICU Nurse - Neuro ICU Intensive Care Unit Neurological
• Location: Hawaii
• Certifications and Education: Graduate of accredited nursing program; BSN preferred; active, unencumbered Hawaii RN license required; current BLS/Health Care Professional certification; ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required; CCRN, CPI (or equivalent), ATCN preferred. All licenses/certifications must be current and valid through the initial contract period.
• Experience: Three or more years ICU Staff Registered Nurse experience in large tertiary/quaternary, Level 1 trauma centers. Experience in mixed Medical/Surgical ICU and/or specialty ICUs preferred. CCRT experience and prior ICU Float Pool experience highly desired.
• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Requirements: Must pass EKG exam with a score of 80% or better during orientation. All compliance elements need to be completed at least 10 days before the start date. Ability to float to other nursing units as operational needs dictate. Limited RTO may be approved after 30 days on assignment.
