Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Nurse (MS) for a telemetered unit at a healthcare organization. This role involves providing patient care in a medical/surgical setting with a telemetry background. The position requires at least two years of medical/surgical experience, proficiency with electronic medical records, and travel experience. The shift is scheduled for nights, with a commitment of approximately 36 hours per week starting from 08/31/2026 through 11/15/2026.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; at least 2 years of medical/surgical experience; proficiency with electronic health records (e.g., EPIC); telemetry background required (reading telemetry); minimum experience of 0 years; valid drivers license or state ID; professional profile in the organization; at least 2 professional references
- Preferred Qualifications: Telemetry experience, travel experience
- Additional Information: The candidate must have a telemetry background with at least 2 years of med/surg experience, be able to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed, and adhere to policies regarding personal appearance, including no artificial or acrylic nails, with nails kept short (1/4 inch).
