Job Summary:

A Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) is needed for a unit in a healthcare facility located in Keene, New Hampshire. This position involves providing patient care on a 27-bed medical-surgical unit, primarily caring for elderly patients with various medical conditions, including post-operative care. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day of employment.

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, every other weekend, rotating holidays


• Required Qualifications: Valid New Hampshire RN license or Compact license with proof of state residency, at least 2 previous travel assignments completed, and certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).


• Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), telemetry experience, Epic electronic medical record (EMR) experience


• Additional Information: Rotating holidays


• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience, including post-surgical drain management, central line care/maintenance, Foley insertion, G tubes/J tubes/NG tubes/PEG tubes, IV medication administration/IV push, wound care, and oxygen therapy
