Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Tallahassee, Florida. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/28/2026 Duration: 16 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Medical Surgical Floor RN - Night Shift - Location: Tallahassee. This position involves providing exceptional patient care within a busy medical-surgical unit at a trauma level 2 teaching facility. The role requires floating within all units of the medical-surgical division, with responsibilities including trauma and orthopedic patient care. Job Details Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: FL license (or compact license), BLS certification, at least 2 years of specialty experience, prior travel experience (minimum 1 assignment), phlebotomy experience required, EPIC training scheduled during orientation, floating required, and travel is not required Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, administering treatments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
