Job Details

• Position Description: Float required; weekly weekend coverage; local candidates within 75 miles not accepted.


• Required Qualifications: Certifications in ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS; NY state license in hand; EPIC charting system experience; minimum 1 year of ICU experience; experience with ventilators, arterial lines, chest tubes, and advanced patient management.


• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week.


• Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing patients with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure, post-op care, and substance withdrawal.


• Additional Information: The patient population includes those with vents, titratable drips, and substance withdrawal, requiring advanced critical care skills. Candidates will be expected to float to medical/surgical units as needed, and modules for continued education must be completed before start.
