Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Miles City, Montana. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/06/2026 Duration: 8 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Summary: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse position located in Miles City, Montana. This role involves performing independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions according to accepted practice standards. The Registered Nurse will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring high-quality support for patients in a critical care setting. Job Details: Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Valid license as a Registered Nurse in Montana, graduation from an accredited School of Nursing with an ASN degree, completion of BLS certification from the American Heart Association, and at least 1 year of nursing experience including ICU experience. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree of Nursing and certification relevant to intensive care unit nursing are preferred. Additional Information: The Registered Nurse will be responsible for evaluating health status through ongoing assessment of health data, providing health education and counseling, executing medical and nursing functions, and monitoring therapy and treatment plans. There may be a requirement to float to other departments within scope of competency and during scheduled on-call periods.
