Job Summary:
Gastroenterology Laboratory (GI LAB) - Santa Rosa, California. This position requires a registered nurse with at least one year of inpatient pre/post-procedure experience. Candidates must bring their valid California nursing license on the first day of the assignment. The role involves working a day shift of 10 hours starting at either 0700 or 0800, with a focus on inpatient care within a busy GI laboratory setting.
Job Details:
- Required Qualifications: Valid California license, ACLS certification, BLS certification, one year of inpatient pre/post-procedure experience, and at least one year of professional experience in a relevant setting.
- Schedule: Day shift, 10 hours, with a minimum of 40 hours per week starting on 07/20/2026.
- Additional Information: Travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities nearby the contracted facility. Travelers' refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours. Candidates must include RTO (Request for Time Off) at the time of submission and provide two references covering a one-year period (or six months for CNAs) within the past three years.
- Submission Requirements: RTO must be included at time of submission, along with a copy of certifications and references as specified.
- Clinical and Operational Details: The facility is located within a 50-mile radius of the candidates residence and utilizes Epic for charting. The focus is on inpatient pre/post-procedure care in a GI Laboratory setting.
