The role requires managing a diverse patient population, including behavioral health, boarding, and critically ill or ICU-level patients, in a fast-paced environment. Job Details Position Description: RN - ER at a large, high-acuity emergency care unit with 118 beds. The unit serves a diverse patient population ranging from behavioral health and boarding patients to critically ill/ICU-level cases. Shift: Days, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Nursing license, minimum 2 years of emergency department (ED) or intensive care unit (ICU) experience, BLS certification, ACLS certification, adaptability, strong critical care skills, experience managing complex and unstable patients. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in managing mixed acuity cases including behavioral health, trauma, and critically ill patient care. Additional Information: Nurses should demonstrate strong critical care skills, adaptability, and comfort in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
