Job Summary:

Dialysis Unit Inpatient Hemodialysis Registered Nurse (RN) position in Madison, Wisconsin. This role involves providing inpatient hemodialysis treatments for a diverse patient population, including adults and pediatric patients, within a Level 1 trauma center or similar large hospital setting. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day and must have at least two years of relevant experience.

Job Details:

• Location: Madison, WI


• Schedule: Day/Evening, 12-hour shifts from 0800 to 2030, minimum of 36 hours per week


• Required Qualifications: Certifications including BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA only). Valid WI RN or compact RN license. At least two years of inpatient hemodialysis experience in a Level 1 Trauma or similar size hospital. Experience with adult and pediatric patients. EPIC electronic medical record experience.


• Preferred Qualifications: Previous charge experience, community hospital experience, LTAC experience, trauma level I and II experience, travel experience.


• Additional Information: Every other weekend and holidays if needed. Pass/fail telemetry testing with strict criteria required prior to start, including adult and pediatric cardiac rhythm identification. Vaccinations: Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only).
