Hospital Stroke Certified. Trauma Level is 4 Scope of Work: Pain Medicine; Patients Per Shift is 15. Office visits, follow-up visits, and procedures including spinal cord stimulation, radio-frequency ablation, and injections Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Licensed in WI or IMLC; Act 10 is acceptable; ACLS, BLS, BC in Pain Medicine, Fellowship Required EMR: Epic
