Job Title: Long-Term EM Locum Coverage
We are seeking a skilled Emergency Medicine physician for long-term locum coverage at our hospital in Northern Arkansas.
About the Hospital:
- Hospital Location: Approximately one hour north of Hot Springs, Arkansas
- Hospital Setting: Trauma level 3, with an annual volume of 24,621 patients and 18 ED beds
Scope of Work:
- Emergency Medicine
- No admitting orders
- 1.93 patients per physician hour (PPH)
Requirements:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (BC/BE)
- Current certifications in ACLS, ATLS, and PALS
- Proficiency in Meditech Expanse EMR system
Scheduling:
- 20 shifts per month
- Preferred schedule: 2-12 hour shifts
- 22 hours of APC coverage available
