- Work Dates Needed: As soon as credentialed – ongoing
- Preferred Schedule: 5 – 7 hours/day, Tuesday(Springfield), Wednesday (Corvallis) & Friday (Springfield)
- Worksite Setting: Dental Office
- Scope of Work: pediatric dental (ages 5–17)
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BC, OR License, Life Supports
- EMR: Paper
Target start date/Shift:
- As soon as credentialed
- 5:30–7:00 AM start times and end around 12:00–1:00 PM (5–7 hour days)
- Tuesday(Springfield), Wednesday (Corvallis) & Friday (Springfield)

- All own cases – no supervision
