RN Unit Manager ((Interim) 13 week Contract Interim RN Unit Manager that would complete MDSs for a 36 resident neighborhood and supervise around 30 direct care staff.
We are currently seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager with one of our highly reputable hospital partners in the Bemidji, Minnesota area. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses looking for a 13 week unit Manager contract , and the chance to make a meaningful impact in a rural healthcare setting.
Assignment Details
- 13 weeks Contract
- Hours: 36-40 hours per week
- Shift Length: 8-12-hour shifts
- Shifts: Nights and days with rotating weekend and on-call
- Pay Rate: $53.60 per hour
Qualifications
- Active Minnesota RN License
- Minimum 1–2 years of Long Term care hospital experience (unit Manager)
- Current certifications:
- BLS
- ACLS
- Experience in a rural healthcare setting preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and critical-thinking skills
