This outpatient clinic role involves providing patient care within a Family Care clinic, Internal Medicine, or Urgent Care environment. The successful candidate will be required to bring their license on the first day. The role offers a flexible schedule, with options for 8-hour or 10-hour shifts, and may involve floating within the facility to support various units. Job Details: Schedule: Five days per week, 8-hour shifts; 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts may be an option. Required Qualifications: Valid Montana or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license, at least 1 year of clinical experience, BLS certification, experience with family care, internal medicine, or urgent care settings, proficiency with interpretation of laboratory results, medication reconciliation, patient history taking, vital sign measurement, dressing changes, sterile procedure setup, specimen labeling, phlebotomy, telephone triage, follow-up calls, and medication refill requests. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a community hospital or outpatient environment, familiarity with Epic electronic medical record (EMR) system. Float: Float rotation may be required within the facility depending on staffing needs. Additional Information: This position is supported by interdisciplinary teams and requires compliance with facility policies, including timely submission of documentation, background checks, and vaccination requirements as specified. All travelers should be prepared to float within the facility.
