Primary Care or Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO)
Salary Range: $263,000 – $300,000 annually up to $28,000 in additional incentives

- Current, unrestricted California medical license
- Active, unrestricted DEA license
- Board Certification required
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-based environment
Job Overview
This Physician opportunity offers the chance to deliver high-quality outpatient care in a mission-driven, community-focused setting serving diverse populations across San Jose. You will provide comprehensive primary and preventive care, including evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients, performing physical exams, interpreting diagnostic tests, developing care plans, prescribing medications, and coordinating referrals as needed.
Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will support integrated, whole-person care with collaboration across behavioral health and wellness services. You will also maintain accurate EMR documentation, participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and health outcomes reporting, and support the development of mid-level providers, residents, and medical students.
Schedule
- Full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days/week)
- Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends
- Outpatient-only setting with rotational on-call coverage
