This position in our growing physician enterprise practice offers an excellent opportunity for candidates who are interested in a consulting career focused on advising physician enterprise decision-makers with compensation design and compliance with a focus on complex transactions and arrangements, and other problem-solving and needs fulfillment matters.
How you will contribute :
- Managing data acquisition, validation, benchmarking, and analytical work for a wide variety of purposes, such as transaction assessments, compensation compliance (including fair market value studies), and compensation design.
- Using industry knowledge, benchmarking, and facts and circumstances discovery, and completing and documenting data normalizations.
- Leading strategic and financial analyses related to employed physicians and independent group practices.
- Project management, including development of project plans, implementation plans, communication plans, and financial models, and creating and delivering presentations.
- Driving solution implementations.
