BASIC PURPOSE:
The primary responsibility of the Billing Analyst is to ensure timely and accurate processing of approved timesheets and invoices and research and resolve all provider and client inquiries in a timely and customer-focused manner.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Issuance of timely and accurate invoicing
- Handling and resolving both internal and external customer inquiries and issues
- Performing customer account reconciliations, third party system reconciliations, and other needed reconciliations
- Prepare and present analytical reports as well as perform as needed data analysis and reporting
- Maintaining key reporting metrics for the department as well as working with various departments on root cause analysis and resolution
- Creation and execution of department audit reports to assist with accuracy of data processing, exception process analysis, and internal/external audit requests
- All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years working within a Shared Services environment
- 2-5 years billing and/or analyst experience preferred
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. College coursework or education preferred.
