Position Overview:
- Lead a L.A.B.S. (Learning, Achievement, Behavior, Support) classroom that supports 3rd-5th grade students with social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Lead a small classroom setting with a low student-to-staff ratio of 6 students and 2 paraprofessionals.
- Develop and implement IEPs to address each student's specific goals.
- Manage the classroom and provide a structured, supportive environment for all students.
Qualifications:
- Arizona Special Education Teacher Certification
- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree (Preferred)
- IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Prior experience in Special Education (Preferred)
