Cross Country Education is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Clinical Fellows (CFs) to support students’ communication and educational success through assessment, intervention, and collaborative special education services in the Elkton, MD area
Position Overview
Conduct speech-language screenings, assessments, therapy, and documentation for students ages 3–21 in accordance with IEPs.
Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized student goals.
Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with state and district requirements.
Provide services across assigned school sites, supporting students in a variety of educational settings.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist License or eligibility to begin a Clinical Fellowship in Maryland
School-based experience with evaluations, IEPs, and multidisciplinary collaboration preferred
Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and ability to complete required background screening
