Position Overview
- Provide occupational therapy evaluations, interventions, and services to high school students to support their academic, functional, sensory, and daily living needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies aligned with students’ educational goals and occupational therapy plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and other school professionals to promote student participation, independence, and success across the school environment.
- Monitor student progress and maintain timely, accurate documentation of evaluations, services, and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Illinois Occupational Therapist (OT) License
- Prior experience providing occupational therapy services in a school-based setting, particularly with high school students preferred
