Position Overview:
- Develop and implement individualized instructional plans that support students with diverse learning, behavioral, and developmental needs.
- Provide specialized instruction in resource and/or self-contained classroom settings while fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families to support student achievement and IEP goals.
- Monitor student progress, maintain required documentation, and participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education or related field
- Valid South Carolina Certification in Multi-Categorical (ED, MD, EMD, or TMD/Severe also accepted)
- Experience in resource or self-contained special education settings (Preferred)
- Top Compensation: Earn $47.00 - $47.90 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications as a Special Education Teacher with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives.
