Ready to help students reach their full potential? Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide high-quality therapy services that support students' success in the classroom and everyday life throughout the school year in Surprise, AZ.
 
Position Overview:

• Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to support students' educational and functional goals.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic activities to improve students' fine motor, sensory, and functional skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student progress and maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
• Adapt interventions and assistive strategies to meet the unique needs of assigned students in the school setting.

Qualifications: 

• Associate degree or higher from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Active Arizona Occupational Therapy Assistant License
• Previous school-based experience providing occupational therapy services to students
• Active Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
