Position Overview:
- Provide direct social-emotional support and developmental interventions for preschool-aged students within a school setting.
- Manage a specialized caseload while maintaining compliance with IEP goals, documentation, and state regulations.
- Partner with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to implement behavioral support plans and promote student success.
- Deliver crisis support and connect students and families with appropriate resources as needs arise.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Active Illinois Social Worker License
- Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Social Worker endorsement
- Prior experience working with preschool populations and knowledge of early childhood developmental milestones
