Cross Country Education is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCaBA) to apply their expertise in a rewarding K-12 school environment and create lasting, supportive behavioral systems across the school district for the upcoming academic year.

Position Overview:

  • Conduct and update Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify the purpose of challenging behaviors and develop evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Provide direct behavioral support to students (K-12) using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies and collaborate with school staff and families to ensure consistent implementation of interventions.
  • Monitor and analyze behavioral data, including creating graphical representations, to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and inform necessary adjustments to student programming and IEP goals.
  • Offer technical assistance and staff development to school personnel on positive behavioral supports, classroom management systems, and crisis intervention techniques.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
    • Alternatively: A Bachelor's degree with the BCaBA Certification
  • Valid National Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
