Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – School Setting (Ann Arbor, MI Area | K–12)

Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and support K–12 students in the Ann Arbor area for the remainder of the school year. This role pays $25 an hour. This is a full-time contract position working within a collaborative school environment focused on promoting student growth, independence, and success.
As an RBT, you will work directly with students, implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data, and collaborating with teachers, special education staff, and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to create a positive learning environment.
