Job Description

We are seeking a skilled travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Reedsport, Oregon.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review medical histories and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans to help patients regain quality of life.
• Monitor patient progress and recommend equipment as needed.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of recent experience as an occupational therapist in a skilled nursing facility.
• Degree in relevant field.
• BLS Certification (AHA).
• Current state license.
