Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a travel job in Hilo, Hawaii. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Speech Language Pathologist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 11/30/2026 Duration: 26 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary: Speech Language Pathologist Inpatient in Hawaii. This position involves providing specialized speech therapy services within an inpatient setting, utilizing Epic electronic medical records starting from November 30, 2026. The role requires the ability to independently perform Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBS) and contribute to rehabilitative care, potentially extending to outpatient referrals. Job Details: Schedule: Days shift; 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week Required Qualifications: No prior years of experience required; Hawaii license in speech-language pathology (or eligible to obtain prior to start date); current BLS certification; acute care experience; proficiency in completing Modified Barium Swallow Studies independently; suitable for candidates with rehabilitation or skilled nursing facility experience Preferred Qualifications: Experience in inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing facilities, or hospital settings related to speech therapy; proficiency in using Meditech electronic documentation system Floating: Float: Float rotation may be required Additional Information: Must arrive the Thursday before start date to complete employee health appointment; no acceptance of the start date if unable to arrive on time. Dress attire includes scrubs or as per the healthcare organization's dress code. EMR documentation training and orientation to rehabilitation area will be provided.
