Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Charlotte, North Carolina. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapy Assistant Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 10/12/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary: Home Health Physical Therapist (SNF) position in the Charlotte area. This role involves providing therapy services to patients with chronic diseases, orthopedic conditions, and other diagnoses in a home health setting. The position offers a team-oriented environment with a focus on patient-centered care and outcomes.
