Job Summary:

Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) position located in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This leadership opportunity involves overseeing the pulmonary services division within a healthcare organization. The role entails managing multiple respiratory care departments and ensuring delivery of high-quality care across various patient age groups.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week


• Required Qualifications: Management or director experience; graduation from an accredited school of respiratory care; Bachelor's degree preferred; current Massachusetts respiratory license; certifications including Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS); NRP preferred; at least 3 years of experience in acute care settings with strong background in critical care, pulmonary function testing, blood gas analysis, polysomnography, rehab, and EEGs; knowledge of neonatal respiratory care is a plus.


• Additional Information: Ability to travel between multiple hospital sites as needed; the position is fixed for 13 weeks with potential extension. Candidate must be agreeable to working Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.
