Job Summary:

Radiologic Technologist position available in Waimea, Hawaii. This role involves providing inpatient, emergency department, and outpatient computed tomography (CT) services at a Level III Trauma Center. The position requires delivering high-quality imaging care and collaborating with medical staff in a fast-paced acute care setting on the Big Island.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shift with 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week


• Required Qualifications: Current Hawaii state license as Radiologic Technologist, certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (A.R.R.T.), current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, valid licenses and certifications throughout the contract duration, and at least 2 years of full-time staff experience as a Radiology Technologist in an acute care facility


• Preferred Qualifications: In-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology to effectively communicate with the medical staff


• Additional Information: Compliance must be completed no later than 10 days prior to the contract start date. Failure to meet this requirement will delay the start, resulting in a shortened or canceled contract. All compliance documentation, including a current NURSYS report, is required. If a registered nurse is not needed on their unit or similar, the candidate may be assigned to be a nursing assistant or safety sitter, reflecting the organizational expectations.
