Job Summary:

Hilo, Hawaii Xray Technologist position. This role involves performing radiologic procedures in a healthcare environment, requiring candidates to bring their license on the first day. Candidates will be responsible for operating radiographic equipment and ensuring radiation safety protocols are followed.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shifts with an average of 36 hours per week.


• Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of independent experience as a registered Radiologic Technologist, current State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license as a radiographer, ARRT certification, and BLS certification. Knowledge of radiation safety and protocols, and proficiency in operating all radiographic equipment including DR fixed, DR fluoro, C-arms, and portable DR equipment. Experience with Philips DR, Philips C-arms, OEC C-arms, Philips Fluoro, and EPIC is preferred.


• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Epic EMR, Philips DR, Philips C-arms, OEC C-arms, and Konica DR is preferred.


• Float: Float rotation may be required.


• Additional Information: Must arrive the Thursday prior to the start date to complete employee health appointment on Friday. No guarantee of hours or time requested off.
