Job Details

• Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field, licensure as a Physical Therapist in Missouri, at least 2 years of experience, ability to work at multiple facilities or dedicate to a single site, and willingness to start on 07/27/2026


• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in skilled nursing facilities, familiarity with federal and state healthcare regulations, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a team environment


• Additional Information: The role entails providing comprehensive therapy assessments and treatment plans within the SNF setting, collaborating with healthcare teams, and maintaining accurate patient records.
