Job Details:

- Required Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program; current Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure; CPR certification or willingness to obtain; ability and willingness to travel between assigned clinic locations; new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life. Provide exceptional patient care across multiple outpatient clinic locations throughout the region. Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes. Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes utilizing Scribe AI-powered documentation technology and the Raintree EMR platform. Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day. Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
