• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Valid Physical Therapist license; minimum 1 year of experience required.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Responsibilities include delivering inpatient physical therapy, documenting patient progress, and collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• EMR: Protouch electronic medical record system.
• Scrub Colors/Dress Code: Navy Blue.
• Parking Location: Employee parking.
• Position Type: Replacement of permanent staff for a 13-week assignment starting immediately.
• Facility setting involves a 60-bed long-term acute care hospital.
