Job Details

• Position Description: COTA (Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant) to work on the inpatient rehabilitation unit or the acute care unit. Rehabilitation averages 12 patients per day. There are options for co-treats with Physical Therapist Assistants in acute care.


• Required Qualifications: Licensure in Oklahoma, BLS certification from the American Heart Association, recent work history skills checklist pertinent to the specialty, two supervisory reference forms completed within the last two years, and recent traveler experience preferred.


• Schedule: Rotating shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.


• Additional Information: Candidates must possess a current licensure in Oklahoma. New graduates are accepted for this position.
