Job Details
- Position Description: Evaluates assigned patients, creating and adjusting treatment plans based on patient needs and physician directives. Responsible for delegating discipline-specific therapy services and designing functional treatment programs to enable a successful return to community activities.
- Certifications, Education, and Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience required. Active licensure in the state where work will be performed is mandatory.
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, documents in medical records accurately and timely, and provides supervision for student rotations. Seeks ongoing professional development and adheres to state practice acts and regulatory standards.
