Job Summary

Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Outpatient Bedford, IN. The outpatient Physical Therapist evaluates patients, develops and modifies individualized treatment plans, and provides therapy services designed to support functional recovery and return to community activities. The role also includes patient and family education, clinical documentation, professional development, and collaboration with the care team.

Job Details

• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; at least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.


• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per shift, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. Assignment dates are 11/16/2026 through 02/15/2027.


• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations and establishes treatment plans and goals. Provides care under valid physician orders, documents services accurately and timely, participates in student education when assigned, maintains professional licensure and required continuing education, and supports quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
