Physical Therapist Outpatient in Crown Point, Indiana. • Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops and modifies treatment plans, ensures documentation meets regulatory and organizational standards, and participates in student programs under supervision. Maintains professional licensure, adheres to practice acts and regulatory guidelines, and engages in professional development to meet organizational goals.
