Job Summary

Physical Therapist, Outpatient Weston. Evaluates assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies individualized treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician direction. Provides physical therapy services, patient and family education, clinical documentation, and professional development to support safe, effective recovery and return to community activities.

Job Details

• Schedule: Day shift, Monday through Friday, 610 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.


• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; at least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience; current CPR certification.


• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations and establishes treatment goals focused on progress toward discharge. Documents evaluations, treatment plans, functional outcomes, letters of medical necessity, and related clinical information accurately and timely. Provides care under valid physician orders, participates in student education when assigned, maintains professional licensure in good standing, completes required continuing education, and follows applicable professional practice standards and safety procedures.
