Occupational Therapist Inpatient (OT IP) position is available in Wichita, Kansas. This role involves providing occupational therapy services within a busy acute care environment, supporting a variety of diagnosis groups. Job Details:

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Kansas licensure; active BLS certification; minimum 6 months of acute care hospital occupational therapy experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Trauma experience; comprehensive stroke experience.
• Additional Information: The unit has a daily census of approximately 250 active consults and a staff headcount of 30 with 17.29 full-time equivalents. Typical patient ratios are 8-10 per Occupational Therapist per day. The environment is highly complex, offering autonomy in care planning and close interdisciplinary collaboration.
