The location is in Twin Falls, Idaho. This is a Physical Therapist - Home Health position within a home health setting. The role involves providing outpatient therapy services to a diverse patient demographic, primarily adults with orthopedic and surgical rehabilitation needs. The position requires delivering care in patients homes, with the flexibility to start shifts from a home setting.
Job Details:
- Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid license to submit; BLS certification; minimum of 1 year post-graduate Physical Therapist (PT) experience; experience with orthopedic cases; some prior home health experience preferred; must have the ability to see 4-6 patients per day; familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Epic with remote client offshoot; no trauma level or care setting restrictions.
- Preferred Qualifications: Post-graduate home health experience; first-time travelers are welcome.
- Additional Information: No mileage reimbursement will be provided; travel radius includes up to 60 miles east and west, about 60 miles north up to Sun Valley, and approximately 40 miles south to the Idaho/Nevada border. Disruption of the work schedule is minimal, with no weekend or holiday requirements.

- Certifications: BLS Certification from American Heart Association (AHA)
- Charting System: EPIC
- Other: No BSN required; interviews and onboarding will include department-specific orientation with Epic system shadowing for up to one week alongside another therapist; interdisciplinary meetings on Mondays and Wednesdays.
