Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in Inpatient care, located in Walla Walla, Washington. This position involves providing therapy services in a Short Term Acute Care facility that is a Level III Trauma Center. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of the assignment.
Job Details:
- Shift: 10-hour day shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid Washington State (WA) licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with at least 1 year of experience in acute care settings.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in adult rehabilitation facilities, familiarity with edema massage, functional splints, kinesiotaping, orthoplast, and static splints.
- Additional Information: Must be flexible to work across various units including acute care, medical, ICU, and inpatient rehab. Experience with epic electronic medical record system and acute care skills such as edema management, functional splints, kinesiotaping, and orthoplast are essential. Candidates should be independent, hard-working, well-organized, and able to work well in a team environment.

- Submission Requirements: Candidates must confirm if they have worked previously at a Providence facility as a permanent employee, on a travel contract, or as registry/per-diem, including location and dates. Two references covering at least 1 year (6 months if for CNA roles) within the past 3 years are required. Vaccination documentation for COVID-19 and influenza must be provided.
