The Omaha, Nebraska area is seeking an experienced Ultrasonographer Echo to join the echocardiography department in an acute care setting. The position involves performing cardiac and vascular ultrasound procedures, providing high-quality diagnostic imaging, and contributing to patient care and education. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.

- Required Qualifications: High school education or equivalent; Associate's degree or equivalent from an accredited cardiac ultrasound program performing all types of cardiac ultrasound in a healthcare environment (one year of education equals one year of experience); effective verbal and written communication skills; self-motivated and able to work independently; AHA Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) certification; active registration in cardiac ultrasound (ARDMS; RCS via CCI acceptable); minimum of 3 solid years of cardiac sonographer experience (consideration for 2 years if at an academic teaching hospital); at least 2 years of travel experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Minimum age of 18; additional associate's degree from an accredited program; ability to think deductively and make clinical decisions; experience with ultrasound equipment, transesophageal transducers, research computer systems, and digital echo storage; knowledge of cardiovascular and vascular circulatory principles and physics.
