Job Summary
CT Technologist in the CT specialty, located at the healthcare facility, is responsible for performing a full range of computed tomography scans for patients ranging from infants to adults. This role involves supporting acute care, urgent care, emergency room, and outpatient services, utilizing advanced imaging equipment to deliver accurate diagnostic images.
Job Details
- Position Description: Responsible for executing all types of CT scans, including traumas and strokes, using Siemens and Toshiba 300 slice scanners in a high-volume trauma and emergency setting.
- Certifications Required: ARRT (Registered Radiologic Technologist), BLS (American Heart Association); minimum 2 years of CT experience in a level 2 or higher trauma center. IV insertion experience strongly preferred.
- Education Requirements: Valid radiologic technologist license with ARRT certification.
- Location Requirements: Candidates must be local or within 80 miles of the facility.
- Schedule: Day shift, 10 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Schedule may include 12-hour shifts, 10s, some 7 on/7 off, or weekend-only shifts. Candidates must be comfortable working alone at times during night shifts.
- Additional Information: No self-scheduling or block scheduling; department may require coverage during holidays and weekends depending on shift rotation. Up to one week of departmental orientation including CBTs, computer access, and on-floor training.
- Submission Requirements: Must note if the clinician has previously worked for Marshfield, with an end date at least 6 months prior to submission. Clinicians are required to clock in and out at the facility.
