Job Summary:
The location is in Kannapolis, North Carolina. This position is for a Radiologic Technologist specialized in Computed Tomography (CT) imaging. The role involves performing both diagnostic (DX) and CT scans within a freestanding emergency department providing emergency care. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.
Job Details:
- Position: CT/Radiologic Technologist Dual Modality
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Minimum 40 hours per week, starting on 07/06/2026
- Required Qualifications: Valid BLS and ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification; ARRT (CT) registration preferred; minimum of 1 year of experience in the specialty; highly prefer candidates with emergency department or trauma facility experience; must have a valid license.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ER-related scans, proficiency in scanning Code Strokes and adult/pediatric general, vascular, small parts, and obstetric scans.
- Additional Information:
- Comfortability working independently is a MUST
- Skilled in both DX and CT technologies for dual technologist requests
- Proficiency in scanning adult and pediatric patients, including vascular, small parts, and obstetric imaging
- Experience with EPIC electronic medical record system, Phillips ISite/PACS, Tera Recon 3D post-processing, GE 16-slice CT scanner, Siemens Sequoia US machine, Shimadzu XR portable, and Philips XR room
- Will be required to take 2 days a month of call (3 twelve-hour shifts) at Harrisburg and Kannapolis FSEDs
