Job Summary:

A CT Technologist position is available in a healthcare facility located in Phoenix, Arizona. This role involves providing high-quality computed tomography (CT) imaging services in an inpatient and emergency setting. The technologist will work alongside another CT professional in a fast-paced environment, utilizing advanced GE and Philips imaging equipment.

Job Details:

• Location: Phoenix, AZ


• Shift: Night shift, Friday through Sunday, from 5:00 PM to 5:30 AM


• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week


• Required Qualifications: Certifications in ARRT (R)(CT) and MRT, BLS Certification; at least 2 years of experience in CT scanning; GE scanner experience is required, Philips experience preferred; valid license to submit; minimum experience requirement: 0 years


• Preferred Qualifications: Philips scanner experience; experience with Med Rad injectors

  • Department includes inpatient and emergency room units with 5 procedure rooms
  
  
  • Caseload varies approximately 25 cases per day depending on ER and inpatient volume
  
  
  • Responsible for routine CT exams, CTA with perfusion, trauma scans, and other specialized procedures
  
  
  • EMR system is Cerner; PACS is DR system
  
  
  • Scrub color is teal
  
  
  • At least 1 week of floor-specific orientation plus 1:1 training
  
  
  • Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment or 3 shifts for durations less than 13 weeks
  
  
  • No call or holiday coverage required
  
  
  • Charting system is Cerner
