Job Summary
CT Technologist in Lewiston, ME. This position involves performing computed tomography (CT) imaging procedures in a hospital setting. The role requires operating GE CT equipment, including GE Optima 660 and GE Revolution models, to support inpatient and outpatient diagnostic needs.
Job Details
- Certification and Education Requirements: BLS (Basic Life Support), ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists), ARRT Advanced Certification, Maine License; 1-2 years of experience preferred, with a minimum of 1 year experience required.
- Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: MUST HAVE GE experience, specifically with GE Optima 660 and/or GE Revolution. Experience in GE CT imaging, including abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, and musculoskeletal imaging, is required. Certifications and licensing must be current and in good standing.
- Responsibilities include performing imaging procedures, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining equipment standards.
- Preferred qualifications include outpatient imaging experience, PACS familiarity, CT Arthrography, Drainage, Myelography, and Epic EMR system knowledge.
