What You'll Do:
- Payroll and Compliance Management
- Client Interaction and Communication
- Data Management and Reporting
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is a must, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- 1-2 years of experience in an entry-level accounting, finance, or related role is preferred and/or 1-2 years of experience in an entry-level compliance role highly preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree highly preferred. 2
- A can-do attitude and a knack for problem-solving—you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and tackle any task that comes your way.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail—you thrive in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities with ease.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word) and other relevant software.
